Following the minimalist jewelry collaboration between SASKIA DIEZ and Marc O’Polo, a new eyewear collection now emerges—designed with great attention to detail. SASKIA DIEZ is renowned for her minimalist and elegant designs, crafted from premium materials. Her approach is deeply rooted in individuality and personality, reflecting a contemporary aesthetic that seamlessly blends sophistication with modernity.
For this eyewear collection, SASKIA DIEZ drew inspiration from the iconic Marc O’Polo Panto, reinterpreting it in four distinct and unconventional ways. To capture the perfect fit and feel, she first cut out the shapes from paper, allowing her to instantly visualize their effect on the face. In collaboration with Eschenbach Eyewear designer Andreas D., these paper silhouettes were then translated into technical drawings.
The result: four striking unisex styles, each available in two colorways. A subtle yet defining detail ties the collection together—metal accents in the shape of an arrow and a heart, a true Summer Love Story.
The collection ranges from a bold shield-style design with a seamless bridge transition to rounded cat-eye shapes with striking, expressive frames. SASKIA DIEZ’s commitment to quality is particularly evident in the use of sustainable Eastman Acetate Renew, an eco-friendly acetate made from cellulose sourced from responsibly managed forests and certified recycled plastic waste.
The color palette captures the essence of summer, from soft green and juicy pink for a fresh, airy feel to timeless off-white and black for a cool, sophisticated look.
A uniquely shaped off-white case and a vibrant pink cleaning cloth—both featuring the signature heart and arrow motif—complete the Summer Love Story, perfectly rounding off this exclusive eyewear capsule collection by SASKIA DIEZ for Marc O’Polo.
