SASKIA DIEZ is a Munich-based brand founded by designer and creator Saskia Diez.

Saskia’s work moves across disciplines — from jewellery to bags, sunglasses and home objects — guided by intuition, proportion and a deep sensitivity for form. Jewellery remains at the heart of the studio, but her creative language extends beyond it. She cooks at selected events and is currently working on her first cookbook, exploring design through another sensory realm.

For Saskia, beauty is not defined by perfection. It begins with attitude. It can be found everywhere — in a gesture, in light, in movement. To create beauty requires coherence. A certain harmony. Clarity. Concentration. A sense of truth.

Jewellery is decoration — but never only that. It can shift an outfit, change posture, alter how one moves through the world. It can offer reassurance, feel like quiet company. Jewellery is intimate. It lives on the skin, moves with the body and becomes part of the person wearing it.

Saskia begins every design with herself. She does not design for an abstract muse, but for real people — independent, loving, sensitive, strong. She tries each piece on her own body, using herself as a reference point before it finds its way into the world.

As a studio, we work closely with a small network of goldsmiths in and around Munich, Pforzheim and Werne. Every partner is known to us personally. Production remains local, deliberate and transparent.

Our gold and silver are primarily sourced from recycled materials. Responsibility is part of our daily practice — not a statement, but a standard.

Each piece is developed with careful attention to proportion, weight and movement. Jewellery should not overpower. It should integrate. It should feel effortless, yet distinctive.

We create objects that are meant to accompany life — quietly, confidently and with presence.
