Shipping policy

Your order is typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; where applicable, extended delivery timelines are indicated in the respective product description.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 15:00 (CET/CEST), excluding public holidays, and are subject to payment authorisation and verification.

If you require expedited delivery, you may select Express Shipping during checkout.

Within Germany, orders are shipped with DHL Paket for standard delivery and with UPS for express delivery.

Orders to EU countries and international destinations are shipped with UPS.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped with DHL Paket. At present, standard shipping is the only available shipping option for Switzerland.
