For Creatives Against Cancer we did a necklace with a pendant in abstract shape of a hand, turned into a fist, as a sign of empowerment, strength and courage. 

The hand holds onto the chain, and both hand and chain are made from solid sterling silver. In adult length the necklace is about 55cm long, in kids length about 36cm.
